The Independence Support Analyst supports the Network’s independence and compliance processes by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and performing basic data analytics under supervision. Scope of Responsibilities Day-to-day Operations Manage day-to-day WeCheck support tickets (WeCheck is the Network’s internally developed independence check tool) Ensure timely resolution of tickets by following established protocols Maintain accurate documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps and final resolution Compliance Support Assist Country Acceptance Officers (Group) / Acceptance Team (US) with guidance and data collection to ensure adherence to international independence standards Documentation & Tracking Record all support requests, escalations and actions taken in the tracking system, ensuring accuracy and completeness Maintain organized documentation to support auditability and process consistency Cross-functional Collaboration Work with global teams across regions and time zones Learn to communicate effectively in a multinational, cross-cultural environment Participate in the deployment of the Network independence compliance tool, including testing of new tool functionalities prior to release Data Analytics Perform basic data analysis to support trend identification, recurring issue detection and potential improvements Assist with preparing summaries or reports under supervision
