Product Design & Development Create and update 3D models, engineering drawings, and specifications for true grip products and related components Assist with tooling design, simulation, dimensional analysis, and manufacturability improvements Support engineering reviews, product modifications, and engineering change processes Conduct root‑cause analysis for field issues, customer complaints, and internal quality concerns Support cost‑reduction and value‑engineering initiatives Testing, Compliance & Quality Assurance Execute product validation tests, dimensional checks, and performance evaluations Prepare test reports and technical documentation Ensure product designs comply with applicable industry standards (XYZ) Assist with third‑party testing, certification reviews, and audits Cross-Functional Support Work with Foundry and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure designs align with casting, machining, and assembly capabilities Collaborate with Quality on inspection standards, control plans, and continuous improvement activities Provide technical product support to Sales, Customer Service, and customers, as needed Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement regarding raw materials, tooling, and vendor capabilities Product Support Support engineering schedules, milestones, and deliverables Assist with documentation for new product introductions, change notices, and product releases Maintain organized design files, test data, and engineering records
