And you will be at the center of this journey, building and scaling the business and serving millions of Meesho users. Meesho FS has several lines of products primarily in lending space for users and sellers of Meesho. We aspire to create one of the country’s largest financial services businesses, drawing inspiration from global giants such as Alibaba, Shopee, and Mercado Libre, who have thrived in markets comparable to India and built large financial businesses. About the Role In this role, you will own the growth and governance of Meesho's Bank and NBFC partnerships across lending. Your first priority will be to scale existing partnerships by improving funnel performance, monitoring portfolio and risk, and deepening partner relationships. You will also lead new-partner integrations end to end, establish standard and increasingly automated operating processes, and build a qualified pipeline of new partners aligned with the supply roadmap. The role requires close collaboration with growth, credit risk, collections, product, technology, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams to deliver timely launches and stable scale-up.
