ABOUT METAFORMS Metaforms is a vertically integrated AI SaaS platform for market research agencies around the world. The platform helps agencies improve speed, consistency, and delivery quality across research workflows that have historically depended on repetitive manual effort and hard-to-scale specialist knowledge. The product surface is unusual. Surveys behave like programs, business workflows contain hidden operational nuance, and a small mistake can create real downstream cost for an agency and its clients. That means product thinking here is not about copying familiar SaaS patterns. It is about understanding how work is actually done, identifying where AI agents can reliably help, and shaping systems that feel intuitive to users while introducing genuinely new workflows underneath. THE ROLE As our first Technical Project Manager, you'll own how complex work gets shipped at Metaforms. Product decides what to build and engineering decides how; you make sure it lands on time, at the right quality, with nothing falling between teams. You'll run cross-functional programs spanning engineering, AI/ML, product, and customer success, including enterprise customer rollouts. Success in this role means leadership trusts your delivery dates, engineers see you as a force multiplier rather than overhead, and customers go live without surprises. - Location: Bengaluru, on-site - Reports to: Head of Product - Experience: 4 - 6 years WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team initiatives: break them into milestones, map dependencies, and drive them to launch - Run the delivery cadence with engineering and product: cycle planning support, risk tracking, decision logs, and weekly status for leadership - Coordinate AI feature delivery where timelines depend on model quality, keeping evals, quality benchmarks and ship/no-ship criteria visible alongside engineering progress - Bring market research domain experts into the build loop so their definition of a good output shapes what we ship - Lead enterprise customer implementations with Customer Success: pilots, data onboarding, integrations, security reviews and go-live plans - Turn recurring customer asks and implementation pain into clear inputs for the product roadmap - Spot when an estimate is unrealistic or two teams are building conflicting things, and resolve it early WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 4–6 years across technical program management, engineering, solutions engineering or implementation, with at least 2 years owning cross-team delivery - A track record of shipping software products to enterprise B2B customers - Enough technical depth to discuss architecture, APIs and data pipelines credibly with engineers and challenge estimates - Experience managing work with uncertain timelines, ideally ML or data-heavy products where quality is measured, not assumed - Comfort in customer-facing settings, including running implementation calls and managing delivery commitments with US-based clients - Clear, concise written communication: status updates, plans and trade-off docs that leadership can act on - A bias for action and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage, fast-changing environment NICE TO HAVE - Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products: evals, prompt iteration, or working alongside ML engineers - Background in or exposure to market research, survey platforms, analytics or insights tooling - Experience as an early TPM or program owner at a Series A-C startup - A prior engineering role, so you've felt the other side of the delivery plan WHY METAFORMS - A real apprenticeship into product management close mentorship from senior PMs and senior engineers, not a sink-or-swim first job. - Work on AI products that operate in real production environments, not demos or feature theater. - Join a team where product, engineering, and domain understanding are tightly coupled. - Visible, real work from day one your notes, write-ups, and small feature areas genuinely shape what gets built. - Join a Series A funded company at the steepest part of its growth curve.
