We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Wellness Director to join our team in Litchfield, CT. In this role, you will work closely with the Wellness Director to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs that promote employee health and well-being. Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000 Yearly Assist in the design and execution of wellness initiatives, health education programs, and fitness activities Collaborate with department heads to integrate wellness programs across the organization Manage day-to-day operations of wellness facilities and oversee wellness staff Develop and maintain wellness program budgets, tracking expenses and ROI Analyze program data and prepare reports on participation, outcomes, and effectiveness Coordinate health screenings, wellness challenges, and educational workshops Stay current on industry trends and best practices in corporate wellness Assist in the development of marketing materials to promote wellness programs Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees on health and wellness topics Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all wellness activities
