Reports To Hourly rate: $22-$23 Hourly Full-time, Part-time and Per diem available, must have active CNA and/or HHA certification.  Job Overview Reports To The Limited Lay Administration of Medication (LLAM) Personnel “Med Tech” will report to the Wellness Director. This position is a non-exempt, hourly position. Job Overview Responsible for providing quality care and services to all residents and their families.  Provides assistance of medication administration for residents according to their care plan and physician’s orders. Responsibilities and Duties Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to residents and maintain related medical records under the delegation of the Administrator including supervision of the RN/LPN. Completes required annual medication training, per state requirements. Completes company required medication training modules. Provide resident care to ensure care needs are met according to the resident’s care plan. Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards. Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity in the delivery of services to residents Participates in and attends all in-service training as scheduled. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned, including care tasks/assignments as needed and delegated.
