More than 700 paying customers use Nango today, including ServiceNow, Replit, Ramp. We are a YC-backed team of 14 from AWS, GitHub, Okta, Snyk, Netlify, Uber, Samsara, Workato, and other leading developer-tool companies. We are hiring a Founding Growth & Marketing Lead to make Nango known among developers and technical leaders, from startups with product-market fit to enterprises. You’ll work directly with the founders, turning creative experiments into awareness and qualified demand. You’ll start hands-on, with room to build a team as we grow. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Make Nango the go-to integrations brand for technical teams. - Grow channels across content, social, partnerships, and paid campaigns. - Host founder dinners, conference side events, and Nango events. - Sharpen our messaging and secure speaking opportunities. - Test unconventional ideas and scale the channels that work. - Track relevant awareness, qualified leads, and contribution to pipeline. - Build repeatable playbooks and, over time, a team. WHO YOU ARE - You’ve run growth or marketing for developer tools or infrastructure. - You’ve personally grown multiple channels, with results to show. - You understand how developers discover, evaluate, and adopt tools. - You bring a network of founders, technical leaders, and developer creators. - You’ve reached technical buyers at growing startups and enterprises. - You bring proven playbooks and the judgment to adapt them. - You write clearly and enjoy executing the work yourself.
