<p><strong>Your day-to-day:</strong></p>

<p>Build and operate pipeline tools and backend systems for VTuber and real-time 3D content production.</p>

<ul>

<li>Develop production management Backend/Web API/Database systems</li>

<li>Build DCC automation tools for Maya, MotionBuilder, Blender, etc.</li>

<li>Develop asset integration and validation tools for Unreal Engine Unity</li>

<li>Optimize rendering, assets, memory usage, and runtime performance in Unreal Engine/Unity</li>

<li>Integrate production management systems such as ShotGrid, ftrack, and Kitsu</li>

<li>Automate production data and version management workflows</li>

<li>Provide technical support to artists and maintain internal production tools</li>

</ul>

<p> <strong>Your background:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>2+ years of experience in Pipeline/Tools development</li>

<li>Experience developing DCC tools and automation workflows using Python</li>

<li>Experience developing tools for Unreal Engine or Unity using C++/C#</li>

<li>Experience with profiling and real-time content optimization in Unreal Engine/Unity</li>

<li>Experience with REST APIs and relational databases</li>

<li>Solid understanding of 3D content production pipelines and real-time rendering</li>

<li>Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows</li>

<li>Strong communication skills and ability to work across Art, Tech, and Production teams</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>It's a big plus if you:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience with FastAPI, Vue, Docker, or Linux environments</li>

<li>Experience integrating ShotGrid/ftrack/Kitsu APIs</li>

<li>Experience with Unreal/Unity plugins or C++ development</li>

<li>Knowledge of rendering, shaders, material systems, and GPU/CPU optimization</li>

<li>Experience with Perforce, Motion Capture, or VTuber production</li>

<li>Experience integrating AI production workflows such as ComfyUI/Stable Diffusion</li>

<li>English communication skills; Korean is a plus</li>
