<ul>

<li>Act as the key contact point for project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress updates.</li>

<li data-uuid="7dfe1fe0-15da-45aa-a017-316dcd33a51f">Manage project scope, timeline, and quality.</li>

<li data-uuid="c98f630f-7013-4f3b-882a-8ae5edb2b057">Organize and facilitate project meetings (daily stand-ups, weekly syncs, reviews, retrospectives, etc.).</li>

<li data-uuid="78e025da-8f5f-4011-ac38-38703c6daf26">Oversee project team performance, manage workload, and assess team capacity.</li>

<li data-uuid="f794a12d-f323-43e4-8997-f3c7d5c47035">Identify and mitigate risks to keep the project on track.</li>

<li data-uuid="7cb2a1c8-ad75-4730-8009-df78e2f923db">Resolve conflicts and remove blockers during project execution.</li>

<p><strong>Your qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Korean: TOPIK 5 +</li>

<li>Proficient in Korean (both written and spoken)</li>

<li>English: Business level</li>

<li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in the IT field</li>

<li>Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>

<li>Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences</li>

<li>Proactive, responsible, and positive mindset</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Korean: TOPIK 6</li>

<li>Experience working with Korean clients</li>

<li>Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile – Scrum, Kanban, etc.)</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field</li>

<li>Relevant certifications (PMP, PSM, PSPO, etc.)</li>
