Accountant performs the following duties and responsibilities: Participates in presentation of the report on the execution of the annual budget for the past period and in submitting them for consideration by the relevant governing bodies of the Institution within the supervised direction;  participates in the work on the preparation and review of cost calculations for the works and services performed by the Institution, in accordance with internal documents and on the instructions of the higher management within the supervised direction;  prepares analytical reports, reports and presentation materials on behalf of the top management within the supervised direction;  conduct an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the Institution in accordance with internal documents and on behalf of the higher management;  Participates in the development of the methodology of the Institution, as well as other regulatory and organizational documents on issues within the competence of the Office;  participates in the development and improvement of reference, analytical and normative information, which is used in the processing of data within the supervised area;  keeps correspondence within his or her duties;  provides practical assistance to the employees of the company's departments on issues under their supervision;  provide assistance to the Head in the operational management and coordination of the work of the Institution on tax accounting;  to keep records of the institution's fixed assets and intangible assets; to ensure record keeping of the movement of tangible assets;  timely calculates taxes in the area of responsibility;  acceptance, verification and, if necessary, registration of primary documents in the area of responsibility, ensuring their safety and preparation for archival storage;  participating in the process of compiling accounting statements in accordance with IFRS;  participation in the development of methodological and normative internal documents in the supervised area;  provide timely tax, statistical and other reporting for the area of responsibility;  organization and participation, in accordance with the established procedure, in the inventory of assets or accounts receivable and accounts payable by area of responsibility;  ensuring interaction with government agencies on issues related to accounting data and reporting;  automation and optimization of processes within their responsibilities and authorities;  consider and, if necessary, make changes to agreements, transactions and internal documents of the Institution within the limits of their duties and powers;  participation in the processes of identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring risks within the supervised area;  temporarily performs (replaces) the duties of the immediate top-ranking leader during his temporary absence (up to one month);  timely and efficiently execute the instructions of the Head and the management of the Institution;  complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Employer's internal documents;  responsible for compliance with labor and performance discipline.  responsible for ensuring the safety of official documents, preventing the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of limited access in accordance with the law, the Charter and internal documents of the Employer;  in the event of dismissal, is responsible for the timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, merchandise and material values to another employee as instructed by the line manager (it is certified by the certificate of acceptance and transfer).
