Chief accountant performs the following duties and responsibilities: 1. participates in the presentation of the report on the execution of the annual budget for the past period and in submitting them for consideration by the relevant governing bodies of the Institution within the supervised direction;  2. participates in the work on the preparation and review of cost calculations for the works and services performed by the Institution, in accordance with internal documents and on the instructions of the higher management within the supervised direction;  3. prepares analytical reports, reports and presentation materials on behalf of the upper management within the supervised direction;  4. conduct an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the Institution in accordance with internal documents and on behalf of the higher management;  5. develops and improves the methodology of the Institution, as well as other regulatory, administrative and organizational documents on issues within the competence of the Office;  6. coordinates and participates in the development and improvement of reference, analytical and normative information, which is used in the processing of data within the supervised direction;  7. keeps correspondence within his or her duties;  8. provide practical assistance to employees of enterprise departments on issues under their supervision;  9. provides assistance to the Head in the operational management and coordination of the work of the Institution on tax accounting issues;  10. develops forms of tax registers, spreadsheets to them, provides forms of tax reporting on income and social taxes;  11. provides support for tax audits and inspections of the Institution by tax agent and taxpayer identification number, provides explanatory work to the employees of the Institution;  12. accept, verify and, if necessary, register source documents in the area of responsibility, ensure their safety and prepare them for archiving;  13. Participates in the process of compiling accounting statements on the IFRS;  14. considers and approves drafts of internal documents developed by other structural divisions of the Institution within the competence of the Office;  15. develops methodological and normative internal documents in the supervised area;  16. Participates in the inventory of receivables in accordance with the established procedure.  17. exercises interaction with state bodies on issues related to accounting data and reporting;  18. participates in the automation and optimization of processes in the area of responsibility;  19. considers and, if necessary, makes changes to agreements, transactions and internal documents of the Institution in the area of responsibility;  20. Participates in the processes of identifying, assessing, managing and monitoring risks in the supervised area;  21. timely and qualitatively fulfills the tasks set by the Head and the management of the Institution;  22. comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the Institution;  23. Is responsible for the maintenance of labor and service discipline;  24. ensures the safety of official documents and does not allow the disclosure or disclosure of confidential and business information, as well as information of limited access in accordance with the legislation, the Charter and internal documents of the Employer;  25. in the event of dismissal, is responsible for the timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information and merchandise valuables to another employee under the instructions of the direct supervisor (it is certified by the act of acceptance and transfer).  26. participates in the processes of identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring risks within the supervised direction;
