<p>We’re looking for a creative Communications Designer to join our Design team and work with Internal Communications and Employer Branding. We need someone with a point of view who proactively brings ideas, draws inspiration from the best practices of technology companies, and helps us build a distinctive and compelling employer brand.</p>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">Your responsibilities will include:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>

<ul>

<li>Create visual materials for internal communications and employer branding: presentations, content for social media, our website, internal campaigns, and other digital formats.</li>

<li>Develop visual concepts and cohesive design for corporate and recruiting events — from concept to delivery, including spatial design, print, and digital materials.</li>

<li>Design employee merch and gifts, bringing original ideas and attention to design, quality, and production.</li>

<li>Come up with creative concepts and produce visual content, including photography and video.</li>

<li>Build templates and toolkits that enable other teams to independently produce on-brand materials.</li>

<li>Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate recurring design tasks and create materials within the brand system.</li>

<li>Shape and maintain a consistent visual language for our employer brand across internal and external communications, staying connected to Nebius’s brand identity and finding new ways to evolve it.</li>

<li>Proactively contribute ideas and creative solutions in collaboration with Internal Communications and Employer Branding.</li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">We expect you to have:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in communication design, internal communications, employer branding, or related fields within technology / IT companies.</li>

<li><strong>A strong and varied portfolio:</strong> campaigns, events, digital, print, merch, presentations, and social media. We want to see both quality of execution and originality of ideas.</li>

<li><strong>Strong visual design skills:</strong> typography, composition, grids, visual hierarchy, and the ability to make information engaging and easy to understand.</li>

<li><strong>Experience designing for physical formats and events:</strong> an understanding of print technologies, materials, and production processes, with the ability to take designs through to production.</li>

<li><strong>Systems thinking:</strong> the ability to build a consistent visual language and scalable design solutions, working within brand guidelines and evolving them.</li>

<li><strong>Proficiency with AI tools:</strong> up-to-date knowledge of their capabilities and the ability to critically assess results from a professional designer’s perspective.</li>

<li><strong>Initiative and communication skills:</strong> the ability to propose and develop ideas, explain design decisions, work with feedback, and see projects through to completion.</li>

<li><strong>Broader storytelling skills are a plus:</strong> the ability to build a narrative, articulate a central message, and develop it through text, visuals, and other formats.</li>
