<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="5:1-5:578;66-643">We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. This is an owner-side role responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety across ground-up builds, expansions, and fit-outs of critical facilities. You will be the primary point of accountability for general contractors, design teams, commissioning agents, and equipment vendors, ensuring facilities are delivered on an aggressive speed-to-market timeline without compromising reliability.</p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="9:1-9:219;664-882">Lead end-to-end project delivery for data center construction, owning cost, schedule, scope, quality, and safety from site selection support and preconstruction through Level 5 commissioning and operational handover.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="10:1-10:169;883-1051">Manage general contractors, architects, MEP engineers, and specialty subcontractors, holding the project team accountable to contractual milestones and design intent.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="11:1-11:246;1052-1297">Drive coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems — including utility power and substations, switchgear, UPS, generators, and air- and liquid-cooling infrastructure — recognizing that power and cooling drive the critical path.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="12:1-12:158;1298-1455">Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, identify critical-path risks early, and implement recovery plans to protect on-time, on-budget delivery.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="15:1-15:155;1754-1908">Enforce a strict safety culture, including the specific hazards of working in and around energized electrical environments and live critical facilities.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="16:1-16:95;1909-2003">Provide clear, regular reporting to leadership on schedule, budget, risk, and key decisions.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="17:1-17:151;2004-2154">Manage long-lead equipment procurement and vendor coordination, mitigating supply-chain risk on generators, switchgear, chillers, and cooling units.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="18:1-18:125;2155-2279">Support due diligence on site selection, including utility power availability, fiber, water, and constructability factors.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="23:1-23:153;2540-2692">Direct working knowledge of data center MEP systems: power distribution, redundancy topologies (N+1, 2N), UPS, generators, and air and liquid cooling.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="24:1-24:82;2693-2774">Familiarity with the commissioning process and Uptime Institute Tier standards.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="25:1-25:127;2775-2901">Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and complex, schedule-driven projects with multiple stakeholders.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="26:1-26:138;2902-3039">Strong command of project controls, scheduling software (P6 or MS Project), and construction management platforms (Procore or similar).</li>
