Performance Creative Lead

The Performance Creative Lead position at Neighbor in Lehi, UT is a full-time role. At Neighbor, we’re building the largest hyperlocal storage and parking marketplace in the world. We’ve raised over $75 million from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and the CEOs of DoorDash, StockX, and Uber. Our marketplace operates in all 50 states, and we’re just getting started! About the Role Neighbor is looking for a talented, high-agency person to own and accelerate our paid creative engine. The mission is to make our ad creatives the best-performing asset in our growth stack. Paid social lives or dies on ad creative. You’ll own the ad creatives end to end: from the first customer insight, through concept, brief, and production, to delivery and the performance readout that starts the next cycle. This is a true ownership role reporting into our Creative Director.
