The [네오위즈] FP&A 담당자 position at Neowiz in NEOWIZ is a regular(full-time) role. 네오위즈는 강렬한 내러티브와 독보적인 완성도를 선보이는 글로벌 게임사입니다. 우리는 전 세계 인재들과 함께 일하며 최적의 결과물을 만들어냅니다. 부터 , , , 등 장르와 플랫폼의 경계를 넘어 전 세계 플레이어들에게 최상의 게임 경험을 선사합니다. 부서소개 네오위즈의 FP&A 조직은 전사와 주요 사업의 계획, 실적, 전망을 연결하여 경영진과 사업 조직의 의사결정을 지원하는 전략적 Finance Partner입니다. 전사 사업계획과 예산 수립, 실적 및 Forecast 분석, Management Reporting, 사업·프로젝트 단위 수익성 관리와 투자 경제성 검토를 수행합니다. 단순한 재무 데이터 집계를 넘어 성과 변동의 핵심 Driver와 사업적 Implication을 도출하고, 사업 조직과 함께 실질적인 개선 과제와 실행 방안을 만들어갑니다. 또한 HQ와 국내외 자회사의 FP&A 기준을 정립하고, ERP·BI·AI를 활용해 관리회계와 경영관리 프로세스를 지속적으로 고도화하며 전사 의사결정의 질과 실행력을 높이는 역할을 담당합니다.
