<h4><strong>Application Product Manager</strong></h4>

<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>

<li class="list-item ">Create brand-new internet platform products or iterate on existing projects to deliver products that prioritize user experience.​</li>

<li class="list-item ">Research into and provide  insights into global industry trends, identify emerging market opportunities, and incubate new products to explore and capture new market segments.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Monitor competitor dynamics, define product positioning, roadmap and overall product strategies to maintain market competitiveness.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Analyze user feedback, extract core user needs and demands, and drive the continuous iterative optimization of products.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Design and iterate user growth strategies, and support cross-functional teams in product promotion and brand outreach.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Track core product data metrics, formulate data-driven operational strategies, and maximize product value and market influence.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Develop comprehensive product monetization strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.</li>

<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>

<li class="list-item ">Bachelor’s degree or higher, with an expected graduation date in 2027.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Exhibit outstanding logical reasoning, verbal communication and cross-team collaboration skills.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Possess sharp market observation and analytical capabilities, with a strong aptitude for identifying user pain points and core needs.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Have solid data analysis competencies, capable of leveraging data to pinpoint product and operational problems and support data-driven decision-making.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Maintain strong intellectual curiosity and excellent learning aptitude with a proactive attitude to embrace challenging work assignments.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Have a genuine passion for the gaming and internet industries.</li>

<li class="list-item ">Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams and stakeholders.</li>
