Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Community teams to deliver, evaluate, and optimize growth initiatives. <br><br><strong>Job Requirements </strong><br>1. 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth operations, game operations, or a related field. <br>2. Strong user insight and market awareness, with hands-on experience in growth strategies, campaigns, user incentives, or community operations. <br>3. Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to independently drive projects from idea to delivery. <br>4. Solid analytical, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. <br>5. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English. <br>6.
