Junior IT Support Technician (in-house)

The Junior IT Support Technician (in-house) position at Netlight in Stockholm is a full time role. The Role Are you a service-minded person who enjoys building trust and relations in a fast-growing environment? Do you have a passion for people and enjoy finding solutions for problems? Come & join our Tech IT team! As a member of the IT Operations Team, you will be part of a Tech organisation and together, we will continuously improve IT to the next level in our global environment. The role contains a lot of responsibilities, such as providing our colleagues with IT equipment, troubleshooting different issues, and helping them by answering their questions about IT services and processes on site. You will also be part of creating value for the whole Netlight and building the IT Services on a global level and the local office as well.
