What does it mean to be a Consultant at Netlight?
Join the Netlight Berlin team as a consultant and be a part of shaping the software products and technical solutions of today and tomorrow alongside your colleagues and clients. Our focus is not just on the digital product, but also on the team and the business impact. You'll have the ownership to carve your own career path, choosing from a range of clients and roles based on your personal experience, strengths, interests, and market demand. Our projects encompass a wide technical spectrum, including fullstack development, backend, data engineering, cloud solutions, architecture, web development, DevOps, and more. Instead of predefined roles, we tailor positions to fit individuals. At Netlight, you define your career path, clients you engage with, your role (based on your strengths, interests, and experience), and your connections with mentors, coaches, EDGE networks, and social circles. The possibilities are endless. Come build the future with us at Netlight.
