NETZSCH Premier Technologies is seeking a hands-on Facility and Maintenance Technician to keep our buildings, equipment, grounds, and Application Center safe, functional, and well maintained. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs, coordinate facility services, and help minimize downtime in a cost-effective manner.  Specifically you will: Maintain building security, cleaning, sanitation, grounds, and waste-management services. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and repair machinery and equipment, including Application Center equipment, forklifts, compressors, pneumatic tools, motors, and welders. Maintain workshop tools, company fleet vehicles, equipment records, maintenance reports, and Application Center supplies. Support OSHA, environmental, health, and safety requirements; maintain required documentation and participate on the safety committee. Help train employees on equipment use and maintain training records. Manage priorities independently, meet deadlines, and support workplace and workflow improvements.
