<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>

<p>We're looking for a<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>Software Engineer</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>to help bring our product ideas to life within a fast-moving game cell focused on<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>gamifying fitness and developing healthy habits for the whole family</strong>. You'll work closely with designers and engineers to prototype, iterate, and refine our products from concept to production.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Work closely with designers to scope out new experiences and features and implement it end-to-end.</strong></li>

<li><strong>Develop infrastructure, motion detection gameplay, UI, and support live-ops features</strong></li>

<li><strong>Optimize and polish</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>user experiences to ensure smooth, production-quality gameplay.</li>

<li><strong>Evaluate and adopt new technologies</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>to improve development speed and product quality.</li>

<li><strong>Work cross-functionally</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>with designers, product teams, and other engineers to deliver a seamless experience.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>3+ years of game development or interactive software engineering experience.</strong></li>

<li>Experience building<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>user-facing products from scratch</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>and shipping high-quality experiences.</li>

<li>Strong programming skills, preferably with<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>Unity (C#) or similar game engines.</strong></li>

<li>Experience<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>optimising performance</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>and<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>artifact size</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>for mobile (Android) platforms.</li>

<li>A<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>product-minded approach</strong>—you think about the user experience, not just the code.</li>

<li>Strong<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>problem-solving skills</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<li>Bonus: Experience with<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>fitness apps, or at-home fitness solutions.</strong></li>
