NinjaTrader is seeking a Trading Operations Associate to join our dynamic Trade Desk, Operations, and Risk Management teams. In this role, you'll support our brokerage customers with trade-related assistance through world-class, timely email and phone communication. We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team player who thrives in both fast-paced and slower market environments. In this role you will:

<li>Oversee and manage customer trading activity, including special bookings, allocations, FX trades, and other daily operational tasks</li>

<li>Perform key back-office functions such as trade allocations, treasury processing, and trading platform setup</li>

<li>Monitor and resolve trade breaks, process commission discrepancies and adjustments, and complete end-of-day checks</li>

<li>Assist with contract expiration monitoring and post-trade allocation support</li>

<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Account Management, Finance, and Customer Support</li>

<li>Deliver outstanding customer service by troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries in real time</li>

<li>Support strategic projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed</li>

<li>Maintain a high level of accuracy while multitasking in a high-pressure environment</li>

</ul>

What you'll need:

<ul>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (preferred)</li>

<li>Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot client-side software/computer issues</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>

<li>Comfortable learning and working with proprietary trading software</li>

<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset</li>

<li>Strong team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn</li>

<li>Willingness to work alternate shifts as needed</li>

<li>Flexibility to work mid or overnight shifts, including holidays, as needed</li>

<li>Ability to work a 4x10 schedule (10.5-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch)</li>

<li>Availability to support weekend coverage as needed</li>

</ul>

<li>Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li>

Compensation: The salary range for this role will be up to $60,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 6%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. All offered compensation will be based on assessed experience and is subject to change at the offer stage. Location: This role is based in Chicago, IL. *There may be remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, Wisconsin. Remote: This is a 4x10 weekend-inclusive role supporting our 24/7 trading operations. The regularly scheduled shift is Saturday through Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM Central. During the initial training period, you'll work standard business hours (Monday through Friday), then transition to the Saturday–Tuesday schedule once training is complete.

For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer:
