As a Sales Support Administrator at Artinis & NIRx your primary role will be to support our sales and administrative functions, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our sales processes and providing vital support to our team. Key Duties / Tasks Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations and sales orders. Follow up diligently on orders to ensure timely processing and delivery. Maintain effective communication with internal administrative and purchasing teams. Engage regularly with key customers to ensure their needs are met and relationships are strengthened. Co-ordinate equipment loan processes for key customers, managing all phases from preparation through to return. Research customer affiliations and maintain up-to-date records. Regularly update information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Excellent written English skills at C1 level. Solid understanding of, and experience with, CRM or ERP software. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (including macros and pivot tables). A background in neuroscience is an advantage, but not essential. Position Details This is a fully remote independent contractor position, offering a flexible and autonomous working environment.
