The Resident Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in the success of Novir’s onsite vaccination clinics by serving as a trusted point of contact for residents and their families. This role is focused on education, outreach, and hands-on engagement to ensure residents understand available vaccination services and are registered/consented ahead of scheduled clinics. Through outreach calls, on-site visits, and close collaboration with the CSS, the Resident Engagement Specialist helps drive participation, addresses questions or concerns, and ensures residents are prepared for a smooth and successful clinic experience.
