Learning & Development Business Partner

The Learning & Development Business Partner position at NRI North America in Remote is a full-time role. The Learning and Development Business Partner (LDBP) is a hands-on instructional design contributor responsible for designing and developing custom learning and enablement solutions that build team member skills and capabilities. This role independently manages a portfolio of learning projects through the full lifecycle, from needs assessment and design through development, implementation, and evaluation. The LDBP works closely with business leaders and subject matter experts across NRI to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that build capability, support professional growth, and strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
