NT Concepts is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for an exciting data transformation opportunity within our Intel Community. </p>

<p><strong>Clearance:</strong> Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly  </p>

<p><strong>Location/Flexibility:</strong> Local to the DC Metro Area, Remote Flexible </p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<p>As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a facilitator and coach for Agile teams, guiding them through the Scrum framework to deliver high-quality outcomes. This servant-leader role focuses on removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and helping teams become self-organizing and highly productive.</p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Facilitate Scrum Events:</strong> Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li>

<li><strong>Remove Impediments:</strong> Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.</li>

<li><strong>Coach & Mentor:</strong> Guide teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values to improve effectiveness.</li>

<li><strong>Promote Agile Principles:</strong> Champion Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Agile values and practices.</li>

<li><strong>Foster Collaboration:</strong> Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.</li>

<li><strong>Enable Team Focus:</strong> Create an environment that minimizes distractions and supports sustained productivity.</li>

<li><strong>Monitor Progress:</strong> Track team progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.</li>

<li><strong>Ensure Transparency:</strong> Promote visibility into team activities and ensure access to necessary information.</li>

<li><strong>Support Product Owner:</strong> Assist the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and communicating the product vision to the team.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>: <strong> </strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Education/Experience:</strong> Bachelor’s degree and/or 5–7 years of relevant experience. </li>

<li><strong>Clearance:</strong> Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance. </li>

<li><strong>Agile Expertise:  </strong>

<ul>

<li>Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks. </li>

<li>Experience using GitLab for Agile project tracking and collaboration. </li>

</ul>

</li>

<li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong>  

<ul>

<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li>

<li>Strong facilitation and coaching abilities. </li>

<li>Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. </li>

<li>Demonstrated servant leadership and team motivation capabilities. </li>

</ul>

<li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. </li>

<li>Must be able to lift to 10-15 pounds at times. </li>

The compensation offered to a successful candidate within this range will be based on legitimate, job-related factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate's work location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.</p>
