Full Stack Engineer

<p>We're looking for a <strong>Full Stack Engineer</strong> to join our CMS team, building the APIs and interfaces that power tools helping shape healthcare policy for millions of Americans.</p>

<p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Build and maintain user interfaces using <strong>React</strong> and <strong>TypeScript</strong></li>

<li>Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs in <strong>Go</strong></li>

<li>Consume and interact with <strong>GraphQL</strong> APIs via <strong>Apollo Client</strong></li>

<li>Collaborate across frontend and backend to shape data endpoints and API contracts</li>

<li>Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code that other engineers enjoy working with</li>

<li>Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies</li>

<li>Ensure interfaces meet federal accessibility standards including <strong>Section 508</strong> and <strong>WCAG</strong></li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>React</strong> and <strong>TypeScript</strong> on the frontend</li>

<li>Experience building backend services in <strong>Go</strong></li>

<li>Experience with <strong>GraphQL</strong> and <strong>Apollo Client</strong></li>

<li>Solid understanding of API design and how frontend and backend systems interact</li>

<li>Familiarity with <strong>Docker</strong>, <strong>Git</strong>, and <strong>Cypress</strong> or similar testing frameworks</li>

<li>Experience with <strong>PostgreSQL</strong> or similar relational databases is a plus</li>

<li>Comfortable working in a federal or regulated environment</li>

<li>Thrives in a remote, collaborative <strong>Agile</strong> environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with a cross-functional team</li>

<li>Communicates clearly and openly, whether in a code review or a conversation with a non-technical stakeholder</li>

<li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>

<p>At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.</p>

<p>United States Wage Range: $100,000 – $135,000</p>
