Job Description

We are looking for a curious, research-led and commercially minded professional to work closely with our product and strategy team to support product innovation, research and insights, and strategy development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Research, insights and strategy&nbsp;

<ul>

<li>Conduct market, competitor and client research to identify needs, trends and opportunities.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Analyse qualitative and quantitative information, including dashboard data, to find patterns, gaps and useful insights.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Turn research and analysis into clear narratives, strategic recommendations and practical next steps.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Contribute to product propositions, positioning, strategic plans and measures of success.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Prepare and present findings to internal teams, clients and senior stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

Product innovation and development&nbsp;

<ul>

<li>Support the development of new products, services and propositions, from early ideas through research, testing and refinement.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Help translate insights into product briefs, frameworks, plans and priorities.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and improve product offerings.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Gather and interpret client, user and team feedback, and use it to inform product improvements.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Contribute to pitches, proposals, presentations, workshops and other materials that communicate product value.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

Management and delivery&nbsp;

<ul>

<li>Help plan and manage product workstreams, keeping priorities, milestones, owners and next steps clear.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Bring the right people together to progress ideas and resolve challenges.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Support pilots, launches and ongoing improvements, helping ensure work stays aligned with its objectives.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Track decisions, risks and dependencies so product initiatives continue to move forward.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:&nbsp;

<ul>

<li>Around 2–4 years’ experience in strategy, research, insights, analytics, product innovation, consulting or a related field.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience contributing directly to research, analysis or strategic recommendations, not only coordinating delivery.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Confidence working with dashboards, spreadsheets and data visualisation, and the judgement to interpret findings rather than simply report numbers.&nbsp;</li>

<li>The ability to combine data and qualitative insight into a clear, persuasive story.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Commercial awareness and an interest in how products are positioned, developed and improved.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Good organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage several workstreams and stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Curiosity about technology, AI and emerging products or services. Direct experience in a particular product category is not essential.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Confidence working with clients, senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

You do not need to be a technical specialist. You do need to be curious, analytical and able to make complex information clear and useful.&nbsp;
