<p><strong>The Leasing Consultant </strong>is the "face of the property" and an initial point of contact for all guests, prospects, residents, and vendors.</p>

<p>Your role's driving success is enthusiastically caring about helping others and securing residents in homes they'll love. You are an integral part of establishing your team's success by meeting sales goals and orchestrating successful resident events and community functions.</p>

<li>Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents</li>

<li>Explaining details of the different apartment unit options and variations</li>

<li>Providing exemplary customer service to both current and prospective residents</li>

<li>Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional and welcoming manner</li>

<li>Maintain thorough knowledge of the property</li>

<li>Close “the sale” of new apartment homes to prospective residents</li>

<li>Prepare lease paperwork, obtain move-in keys, and additional duties prior to new resident arrival</li>

<li>Entry of information into internal resident database</li>

<li>Utilize sales and marketing strategies to help increase property traffic</li>

<li>Perform various administrative duties</li>

<li>Respond to resident requests and help to minimize and resolve resident concerns</li>

<li>Know the property’s product</li>

<li>Plan, facilitate and participate in resident functions and resident activities</li>

<li>Visit locators and local businesses to promote your product</li>

<p><strong><u>Essential Needs for Olympus Northpoint:</u></strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Full-time with rotating weekday hours; Monday - Friday; 9 AM – 6 PM (hours may vary)</li>

<li>Saturdays and Sundays are required (some weekends/hours may vary)</li>

<li>Monthly after-hours availability for resident events (frequency/dates/times will vary)</li>

<li>Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or established experience in a fast-paced sales/restaurant/retail/hospitality customer-facing role</li>

<li>Floating between all <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Albuquerque and Santa Fe sites</span></li>
