<p><strong>Overview:</strong><br>This role will support project execution by managing, tracking, and maintaining critical project documentation. The ideal<br>candidate has strong experience in construction or energy project environments and is highly proficient in Procore.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.</li>

<li>Ensure proper version control, distribution, and storage of documents.</li>

<li>Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.</li>

<li>Maintain compliance with document control procedures and standards.</li>

<li>Track submittals, RFIs, drawings, and project deliverables.</li>

<li>Support audits and ensure document accuracy and completeness.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>8–10 years of document control experience.</li>

<li>Strong working proficiency in English. </li>

<li>Strong proficiency in Procore (required).</li>

<li>Experience with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) (required).</li>

<li>Experience supporting large-scale projects (construction, energy, infrastructure preferred).</li>

<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>

<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
