We also produce as a studio: AI short-drama series and films for platforms, IP holders, and labels, with our first film in production right now. We’re a small founder-led team building fast, and whoever joins us works directly with the founders, with real ownership from day one. About the role Hiring at HexCoded is not a support function — it’s a production line, and you’ll run it with AI tools, not spreadsheets alone. We screen hundreds of applicants per role across creative and business hiring, and we expect you to automate the repetitive half of that.
