Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:   Design and implement complex headless eCommerce solutions using React and Next.js integrated with BigCommerce.  Guide the end-to-end technical architecture of BigCommerce implementations, including modular components, storefronts, APIs, integrations, data flows, security, scalability, and performance.  Collaborate with the UI/UX team to define and validate an omnichannel storefront experience proof of concept, focusing on how users move between the administration portal, storefront, and other sales channels.  Establish development standards, architectural patterns, and technical best practices for BigCommerce implementations.    Lead and mentor developers to provide technical guidance.  Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.    Identify root cause through proper troubleshoot and debugging across frontend, backend, APIs and cloud environments.    Optimize performance, including frontend rendering, API usage, caching, and integration.    Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, QAs and DevOps to ensure seamless project execution.  Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends, BigCommerce features, and industry best practices.
