To make this all happen, we collaborate closely to understand each client's needs and find the most effective methods to surprise and delight the lucky gift recipients. This is an active role that combines hands-on warehouse work — sorting, packing and managing stock — with system-side responsibilities such as monitoring our WMS, coordinating delivery exceptions and supporting wider operational initiatives.
