You'll work closely with the People, Operations and Finance teams, and partner with department heads across the business, including GTM (Sales, Account Management and Marketing), Creative, Buying & Merchandising, Logistics, and Engineering. We're hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to run the engine behind our hiring. You'll own scheduling, candidate communication, and the day-to-day logistics that make every interview feel organized and personal, so candidates experience the same care our gift recipients do. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and our People team across time zones, and help us build scalable recruiting processes as the company grows. You'll also be an ambassador for &Open. For many new hires you'll be the first person they meet here, and the experience you give candidates shapes how they see us before they join. Getting that right is one of the most important parts of this role.
