<li>Manage social media and community operations targeting Chinese-speaking crypto audiences, growing Orderly’s brand awareness and engagement across relevant channels.</li>
<li>Create engaging Chinese content around crypto market trends, Web3 ecosystem developments, and Orderly’s products and initiatives, while supporting English-language content and marketing activities when needed.</li>
<li>Proactively connect with Chinese-speaking Web3 builders, KOLs, and ecosystem partners to build relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.</li>
<li>Monitor crypto trends, community discussions, and content performance to identify opportunities and improve engagement.</li>

<li>Staying on top of fast-moving crypto trends and turning them into relevant, engaging content for Chinese-speaking audiences.</li>
<li>Building an active community and meaningful relationships with builders, KOLs, and ecosystem partners through consistent engagement and outreach.</li>
<li>Managing content and community initiatives independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.</li>

<li data-section-id="1xo3alk" data-start="4357" data-end="4492">2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, community management, or digital marketing.</li>
<li data-section-id="1xo3alk" data-start="4357" data-end="4492">Strong Chinese writing and content creation skills, with the ability to communicate in English and support English-language content when needed.</li>
<li data-section-id="1xo3alk" data-start="4357" data-end="4492">A good understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, particularly Chinese-speaking crypto communities.</li>
<li data-section-id="1xo3alk" data-start="4357" data-end="4492">A proactive self-starter with strong ownership, good execution skills, and a willingness to learn and experiment.</li>
<li data-section-id="1xo3alk" data-start="4357" data-end="4492">Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.</li>
<li data-section-id="1xo3alk" data-start="4357" data-end="4492">Experience in Web3, crypto, DeFi, or fintech.</li>
<li data-section-id="1xo3alk" data-start="4357" data-end="4492">Experience managing social media accounts or growing online communities in the crypto space.</li>
