<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a highly driven and organized critical thinker to join our investing team as a full-time analyst beginning in August 2027. The M&A Investing Analyst will have responsibilities that span the entire deal transaction process and are beyond the scope of traditional entry-level investing and finance positions, including: financial statement analysis, financial modeling and valuation, investment committee presentations, transaction structuring, Letter of Intent negotiation, accounting, operational and legal due diligence, third party advisor management (lawyers, CPAs, consultants), debt financing, and seller relationship management.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>

The role begins with in-depth training – working directly with Orion’s senior leadership to develop skills as an investor. Investing Analysts are expected to interact directly with sellers from day 1 and rapidly develop to lead transaction processes.
