This position plays a key role in strengthening our relationships with growers while driving agronomic excellence to improve sweet potato yields and ensure a reliable supply for our extraction operations. Position Information Job Title Field Agronomy Analyst Department Global Sourcing Location Peru – Nationwide, with location based on key agricultural development areas Reports To Category Manager Direct Reports None Key Purpose of the Role The Field Agronomy Analyst is responsible for developing strong partnerships with growers while providing agronomic support and technical guidance focused on improving sweet potato productivity, crop quality, and forecast accuracy. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, ensuring effective crop management and successful harvest execution. Conduct regular field inspections across assigned plots, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing timely recommendations. Analyze agronomic data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Design and execute agronomic field trials from different technical perspectives, ensuring objective and reliable results. Prepare monthly production forecasts to support extraction site planning and ensure consistent supply visibility. Support additional sourcing and agronomic activities as required.
