<ul>

<li>Manage the end-to-end game design process for Talking Tom and Friends IP games.</li>

<li>Collaborate with product, art, and engineering leads to implement gameplay mechanics, monetization systems, and player progression.</li>

<li>Implement creative vision and maintain design quality across multiple projects simultaneously.</li>

<li>Analyze gameplay data, player feedback, and market trends to provide information for design decisions.</li>

<li>Champion fun, intuitive, accessible gameplay tailored to mobile platforms.</li>

<li>Present clear documentation and pitches to internal stakeholders and team members.</li>

<strong>What we’re looking for</strong>

<li>A hands-on, creative approach to projects.</li>

<li>Passion for mobile games—especially casual and hybrid casual genres.</li>

<li>Deep understanding of game design principles, systems thinking, and behavioral economics.</li>

<li>Comfortable taking ownership and pushing projects forward with minimal oversight.</li>

<p><strong>Your experience</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of professional experience in game design.</li>

<li>Proven track record shipping mobile titles, ideally in the casual, and/or hybrid casual space.</li>

<li>Hands-on experience with Unity or other game engines.</li>

<li>Familiarity with live ops, A/B testing, and working with game analytics.</li>

<li>Bonus: Background in UX, product design, and/or economy design.</li>
