Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative position at Outlast in Salt Lake City, UT is a full time role. Outlast is modernizing the $1 trillion global recyclables market, one of the largest and least digitized industries in the world. We're building the platform that connects suppliers, buyers, and logistics into one seamless ecosystem growing 3-4x while doing it and we've already locked down some of the largest commercial contracts in the industry. As one of our first GTM hires, you won't inherit a playbook, you'll write it. You'll define what success looks like in this role and lay the foundation for our sales org as we scale. If you want to learn GTM from the ground up, this is the place. But it also takes someone who embodies one of our core values, Scrap Daily.
