<p>This position will be based in New York City.</p>

<p><strong>Reporting</strong></p>

<p>This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and partners closely with the Founder & CEO and Board of Directors.</p>

<p><strong>Summary of Role </strong></p>

<p>Palmetto is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to own and lead all investor communication and engagement for the company. This role will serve as the primary bridge between Palmetto and its investors, capital partners, and the broader investment community. This role will own Palmetto’s investor narrative, translating strategy, performance, and long-term value creation into clear, compelling, and credible messaging, and acts as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on how the company is positioned externally.</p>

<p><strong>Strategic & Tactical</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Manage all investor communication and reporting across equity and debt investors</li>

<li>Own Palmetto’s investor strategy end-to-end</li>

<li>Own the preparation of investor and capital raise materials, including pitch decks, investor presentations, FAQs, and leadership talking points</li>

<li>Lead the development of investor-facing narrative, framing, and messaging</li>

<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and external market participants</li>

<li>Attend investor conferences and represent the company in meetings and events</li>

<li>Develop and own proactive relationships with sell-side analysts and relevant members of the investment community</li>

<li>Partner closely with the Founder/CEO, and CFO to prepare for investor meetings, conference, and capital raise processes</li>

<li>Provide insights to leadership and the Board on investor sentiment, market perception, and peer activity</li>

<li>Engage cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, etc. to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment in all investor materials</li>

<li>Support capital raises, financing events, and major corporate milestones, including investor diligence and messaging</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred</li>

<li>10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment  Banking, Equity Research, or related field</li>

<li>Demonstrated experience owning investor-facing messaging and senior-level communications</li>

<li>Executive presence and credibility in high-stakes, external-facing conversations</li>

<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear narratives</li>
