<p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p>

<p>We’re seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and experienced Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our NYC clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in phlebotomy and also brings operational know-how to support clinic workflows, inventory management, and patient experience initiatives. You will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard of care, safety, and efficiency in a modern, high-touch wellness environment.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Phlebotomy & Clinical Support</li>

<ul>

<li>Perform venipunctures and specimen collection with high proficiency</li>

<li>Label, process, and prepare samples for shipment to external labs</li>

<li>Ensure proper patient identification and maintain accurate documentation</li>

</ul>

<li>Operational Support</li>

<ul>

<li>Monitor and restock medical and lab inventory</li>

<li>Assist with ordering and tracking lab kits and supplies</li>

<li>Maintain cleanliness and compliance of the lab and exam spaces</li>

<li>Support daily clinic opening/closing procedures and patient flow</li>

<li>Handle drop-off and support for all specimen shipments</li>

</ul>

<li>Patient Interaction & Communication</li>

<ul>

<li>Educate patients on the phlebotomy process and answer related questions</li>

<li>Document interactions in the EMR system and communicate clearly with the care team</li>

<li>Uphold a welcoming and professional patient experience</li>

</ul>

</ul>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need: </strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required</li>

<li>2+ years of experience in phlebotomy, preferably in a high-volume and/or wellness-oriented setting</li>

<li>Experience with clinic operations or administrative support in a healthcare setting</li>

<li>Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Cerbo, Acuity, etc..)</li>

<li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills</li>

<li>Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.</li>

<p><strong>Schedule & Location:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Part-Time: 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 730am-1130am</li>

<li>Location: Parsley Health NYC Center</li>

<li>Occasional flexibility for coverage or extended hours as needed</li>

</ul>

<li>Hourly rate: $28-35 p/hr based on experience</li>
