Position Summary In this role, the primary responsibility of an experienced Executive Recruiter is to support leadership hiring initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and placing Director- and Vice President-level candidates while partnering closely with senior leadership to meet strategic talent needs.  Who you are We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Executive Recruiter. Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and define candidate profiles. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational objectives. Present and recommend top candidates to leadership. Stay current on compensation trends, and HR policies to inform hiring decisions. Support and mentor other recruiters on sourcing strategies, campaigns, and talent attraction efforts. Contribute to the development and optimization of enterprise talent acquisition strategies, processes, and best practices. Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement. Help with revision and implementation of HR policies and procedures to automate and improve the recruiting and on-boarding process. Perform other duties as assigned.
