YOU HAVE: - BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience. - Active CA/CPA or CA/CPA candidate preferred. - 4+ years of accounting experience; a combination of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accrual accounting, month-end close, and general ledger operations. - Demonstrated experience performing flux/variance analysis and communicating findings clearly to finance leadership. - Experience with intercompany transactions and multi-entity environments; foreign currency transaction experience preferred. - Advanced Excel proficiency – comfortable with large datasets, pivot tables, and complex formulas. - Familiarity with technical matters such as Leases (ASC 842), Internal-Use Software (ASC 350-40), Capitalized Commissions (ASC 340-40) a plus. - Proficiency with NetSuite or equivalent ERP systems; experience with FloQast and Zip is a plus. - Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) applied to accounting workflows preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Demonstrated track record of ownership, integrity, and self-motivation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate accounting findings clearly to non-accounting stakeholders. - Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently.
