ABOUT THIS ROLE The Marketing Intern will support the Perchwell marketing team and gain hands-on exposure to digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and marketing analytics. You’ll help us share stories of agents and brokers working with Perchwell to prospective buyers, launch new AI features, and build content that establishes Perchwell as a thought leader in real estate. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Rising seniors in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field who are excited to intern at a fast paced, NYC-based SaaS company this summer. - Passionate problem solvers who thrive in fast moving environments. - Strong communicators and team players who can work cross functionally. - Eager learners who want to gain real world engineering experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Content and storytelling - Help create LinkedIn posts, customer stories, product announcements, blog content, and sales collateral. - Real-estate and market research - Track industry trends, competitor activity, MLS technology, and customer insights. - Campaign and event support - Assist in ongoing marketing initiatives. - Cross-functional collaboration - Work with sales, customer success, product management, and leadership to translate Perchwell’s work into clear, compelling messaging. - Performance measurement - Track engagement, campaign results, and content performance, then share recommendations. - Project - You will own a marketing project that you will take from start to finish and present to the company at the end of your internship. WHY THIS INTERNSHIP? - Dedicated Mentor: You’ll work 1:1 with an experienced marketing leader who will provide mentorship and support your growth. - Real Ownership: Over 10 weeks, early June to mid August, you will choose and lead your own project, making key decisions along the way. - Fully In Person Experience: This is a full time, in office internship based at our beautiful New York City HQ in Soho. You’ll work on site five days a week and collaborate closely with our team, gaining hands-on experience in a fast paced, learning oriented environment. - Showcase Your Work: At the end of the summer, present your project to the company - NYC Perks and Fun: From team dinners to museum trips, immerse yourself in the greatest city in the world while working with an awesome team REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE - Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership - Strong writing and editing skills OR strong verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with social media platforms, content planning, basic analytics - Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to quickly learn and implement new processes while working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
