WHAT YOU’LL DO - Deliver engaging face-to-face consultations in our showroom to guide customers through their outdoor living decisions. - Handle high-volume inbound communications through phone calls, live chat, and email channels. - Generate customized quotes and proactively convert inbound leads into completed orders. - Conduct targeted outbound follow-up activities via phone and email to nurture prospective buyers. - Execute weekend consultations by working scheduled Saturday shifts to maximize sales opportunities.
