<p data-path-to-node="7">Perry Ellis International is seeking a dynamic, highly autonomous <strong data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="66">Corporate Recruiter</strong> to join our team in Doral, Florida. Reporting directly to the <strong data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="148">Talent Acquisition Manager</strong>, this role is designed for a self-starter who naturally takes full ownership of their work and thrives running a full desk independently. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various business functions, driving requisitions forward from initial sourcing through to final offer acceptance with minimal oversight.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Full-Cycle Recruitment:</strong> Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across diverse business departments, including active sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strategic Sourcing:</strong> Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for active and niche requisitions using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, and targeted job boards.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Hiring Manager Collaboration:</strong> Partner directly with hiring managers to conduct intake calls, align on role requirements, provide candidate market guidance, and drive the interview process forward.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Candidate Experience:</strong> Deliver a seamless, professional experience for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged at every step of the hiring journey.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Pipeline & ATS Management:</strong> Maintain accurate candidate data and requisition status within the ATS, ensuring high data integrity and efficient desk management.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="13,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Industry Background:</strong> Apparel, fashion, or retail industry experience is <strong>required.</strong></p>

<p data-path-to-node="13,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Agency Background:</strong> Agency recruiting experience is a <strong data-path-to-node="13,2,0" data-index-in-node="53">huge plus</strong>.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="13,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Language:</strong> Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="13,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="13,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with modern ATS platforms like Greenhouse is a plus.</p>
