<p>Perry Ellis International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven <strong>Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Retail</strong> to join our team in Doral, Florida. This is a high-impact role that involves <strong>full-cycle recruitment</strong> for our retail stores.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<li><strong>Full-Cycle Recruitment:</strong> Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.</li>

<li><strong>Strategic Sourcing:</strong> Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent through social media, professional networks, and partnerships.</li>

<li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and provide guidance on hiring strategies.</li>

<li><strong>Employer Branding:</strong> Promote Perry Ellis International as an employer of choice by leveraging branding strategies and building strong relationships with candidates.</li>

<li><strong>Data-Driven Decisions:</strong> Utilize recruitment metrics to track progress, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.</li>

<li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure adherence to company policies, state/federal employment laws, and regulations throughout the hiring process.</li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the fashion or retail industries.</li>

<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>

<li><strong>Skills:</strong></li>

<ul>

<li>Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for a variety of roles.</li>

<li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Greenhouse and recruitment platforms.</li>

<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
