<p>The Retail Sales Associate contributes to total store results for the Eagles Pro Shop – Marlton, maintains merchandise inventory and provides exceptional customer service. The main focus of this role is to provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving product knowledge and environmental involvement.</p>

<p>This position requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</p>

<li>Operate the cash register</li>

<li>Achieve merchandise sales goals</li>

<li>Provide outstanding customer service</li>

<li>Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store</li>

<li>Direct customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests</li>

<li>Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork</li>

<li>Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers</li>

<li>Featured merchandise should be prominently displayed in each section</li>

<li>Maintain store image by adhering to the dress guidelines</li>

<li>Maintain a clean and well-organized layout</li>

<li>Practice security measures that help prevent theft</li>

<li>Outbound shipping and inbound shipment receiving</li>

<li>Help control inventory shortage</li>

<li>Stockroom Organization</li>

<li>Practice safety consciousness at all times</li>

<li>This position pays $16 per hour</li>

<li>Retail experience preferred</li>

<li>High school diploma</li>

<li>Able to safely lift boxes up to 40lbs.</li>
