Full Stack Software Engineer

Working under the guidance of our senior developer leads, you'll develop features for our web and mobile platforms. You'll write in JavaScript/React Native, PHP, and occasionally Ruby on Rails, and grow your database skills along the way. <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p>

<p><strong>Development</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Design, build, and test front-end features, backend services, and system integrations that support our mobile and ecommerce platforms</li>

<li>Write and maintain high-quality, production-ready code that is reliable and scalable</li>

<li>Translate product and business requirements into well-structured, maintainable technical solutions</li>

<li>Support the upkeep of our databases and data models, ensuring performance and integrity</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Team Collaboration & Workflow</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers in an Agile environment to solve business challenges </li>

<li>Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure team efficiency and clarity of priorities</li>

<li>Self-organized: manage tasks and timelines and work independently to move assignments forward</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL NEED</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>3+ years of professional full stack development experience</li>

<li>Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native, or experience with PHP/Laravel</li>

<li>Solid understanding of RESTful architecture and API design principles</li>

<li>Proficient with Git and established git workflows</li>

<li>Proficient in SQL, including PostgreSQL</li>

<li>Experience developing in test-driven environments</li>

<li>Experience with Agile development</li>

<li>Exerting up to 10-20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects</li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">**Compensation & Benefits</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A reasonable estimate of the starting annual base salary for this role is $125,000 to $135,000. Please note that the base salary will vary based on qualifications, previous experience, and work location.</span></p>
