<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a Senior CMDB / ITOM Architect with strong ServiceNow experience to lead CSDM, CMDB governance, Discovery, and Service Mapping initiatives. The ideal candidate will define the target data model, improve CMDB data quality, and drive integration with enterprise portfolio platforms.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and govern the CSDM target model across Business Applications, Application Services, Software Models, and Entitlements.</li>
<li>Define rules for software model-to-business application promotion, data ownership, normalization, and duplicate record management.</li>
<li>Lead ServiceNow Discovery coverage and identify opportunities to improve CMDB completeness and accuracy.</li>
<li>Lead Service Mapping and dependency mapping, particularly for application retirement and modernization initiatives.</li>
<li>Define the data contract and integration model between ServiceNow and the portfolio management platform.</li>
<li>Develop CMDB/ITOM governance standards and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Application, and Security teams.</li>
<li>Support the transition away from an external Enterprise Architecture (EA) tool and establish ServiceNow as the trusted source for application/service data.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience as a CMDB Architect, ITOM Architect, or ServiceNow Architect.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.</li>
<li>Experience with CMDB data quality, reconciliation, normalization, and duplicate management.</li>
<li>Experience with application lifecycle, dependency mapping, and enterprise integrations.</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Certifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>CIS – Discovery</li>
<li>CIS – Service Mapping</li>
<li>CIS – Data Foundations</li>
<li>ServiceNow CSA is a plus.</li>
